My name is Sally and I'm a Poshie or is it a Sheltieranian, ha.

I lived with my senior aged parents since I was a puppy until just recently when my mom fell and both dad and her were no longer able to properly care for themselves OR me.  I am a bit confused yet and I bet they are too because our worlds were turned upside down in the blink of an eye.  My foster mom tells me that it will all be okay and that SSR will take good care of me until which time a wonderful new "perfect for me" adoptive family comes along to give me a forever home.

Having lived without much socialization, I'm taking it slow getting familiar with both Willie "THE CAT" and the resident shelties.  I'm not use to so much yapping so I hope to find another quieter home to take my bed and things to soon.  If you think I'm cute and want to know more about me......fill out the online adoption application or contact my foster mom Linda if you have additional questions about me.  Since I've not been to a Vet for some time,  I'm told I will be going soon and getting caught up on ALL my maintenance care so that I'll be ready to go when the right new mom and or dad come along and can prove they are JUST RIGHT for me. Hope to hear from you soon !

WHY upset her unnecessarily (no reason), so if SALLY prefers to be an only dog, that she will have. (UPDATE: she would be fine with another non-alpha dog) She's doing okay with the SSR cat, so one of those MIGHT be okay but will be determined by the potential cats personality (you do NOT change a cat's personality, ha). Additionally, since she hasn't been exposed to children, none of those either.  Sally will need continued work on obedience skills, like "COME" and sit to her means "SHOW HER TUMMY", ha....but her personality continues to abound. Sally is a constant playful girl.  You can tell she's been an only furchild as she plays by herself SO CUTE.  She came with rubber like squeaky toys and I now know why, she's a de-squeaker and de-stuffer of toys, ha. Her tail goes non-stop and while I haven't talked her into giving me a kiss yet, she's right there wanting to be held and loved on !!!
